We did a practise lip sync to Tracy chapman's song fast cars. We only did about a minute and a half of it but this was enough to get practise with different shots, shooting in different locations and editing it all together and syncing it up.
From this I have learnt that when it comes to the real thing that in each location used we will need to record the song 3 or 4 times and from different angles to find the best looing lip sync to make it easier when editing. As well as the time its roughly going to take to edit the video together. It has also giving me practice matching the audio to the lips, As well as look at locations and precautions to take when filming, as in one of the clips the wind was too strong so we couldn't here the song so when it came to matching the audio up it proved to be more difficult and take longer to when we could hear what words were being said.
